I don't know where you'd buy one from, other than somewhere like E-Bay. I can tell you how they work, though. You put the 2 simcards into the holder. Then you insert the holder in the slot, where the simcard normally sits. After that, you reassemble your phone and switch on. You will then find that you have "Line 1" and "Line 2" in your phone. You can simply use each line as you see fit, according to how much talk time or how many texts, video minutes, data allowances, etc you have available on each simcard. Hope this helps.
