The body of Anna Nicole Smith? What's the big deal with a quick burial?

In the news , the medical examiner who did anna nicoles autopsy is telling the feuding parties to hasten the process in order to bury anna nicole, she has already been embalmed and I've heard from funeral directors that a body can sometimes be buried 30 or more years and still look"like the day they were buried". If this is the case, whats the big deal to have her buried soo fast?

In my opinion, the main thing is, she needs to be buried next to her son, no matter where that may be....But, they really should get her buried.*

Because her body is decomposing and they want to have a "viewing" and in order to do so they need to make up their mind where to have her buried by no later than Friday i believe. What you heard from the funeral director is not the case.

A funeral is closure for a lot of people, putting Anna to rest will finalize what has happened and help begin another stage of grieving. I know if it was one of my relatives I would not want to wait for 2 weeks to bury them.

Bodies decompose even after being embalmed. After 30 years you would not have anything but a skeleton left. She doesn't necessarily need to be burried quick, her "viewing" needs to be done quickly otherwise she wont look appropriate as time goes by and the body continues to decompose.

I agree with you she dead she's never coming back just let her rest in peace. They are arguing whether she should be buried in her ex husband J.W. Marshall's Cemetery or her son's cemetery. I would say bury her next to her son because lets face it between those two Anna Nicole loved her son the most.

its all about greed, my friend. they seriously dont care about her body they want her money. theres also fuedal problems about who gets the money and who her baby is given to. if they get her buried fast then they can close the deal and stick with who ever gets the money claim first.
