where is the lawyer that i have got to find?

legal aid has refused to give any assistance for over 30 years for any thing at all. now legal aid has committed crimes against me and tells me to see legal aid in court. oregon state bar tells me not to contact oregon state ber for ANYTHING at all for years. state bar allows court apointed lawyers & judges to do illegal things. the cirt county & state police refuse to answer my letters. also da office knows cops commit crimes to me and cops allow people to commit crimes to me & refuse to write reports of the crimes that are committed to me. i am not even allowed to contact police unless i have ONLY an emergency only. and then the phone call has to be made only on the phone line for other police deptmartment bussiness only. i have never phoed 911 & am always told by police not to phone 911 never alowed restraniing orders cops or anyone else is alowed gto steel assalt vandalize horrass ect ect. i never can find in my life any brobono or contingexcy lawyer. investigaters say $75,000+

since i am not alowed to phone dispatch for cops at all for anything, & only alowed to phone only for only an emergency, & the city county & state police stations are all right herein this city....when a unknown person changed the locks to my house & i could not get in, i phoned a cop station in another county asking what ui should do. that cop station said it would phone 911 here to get a cop to come to the payphone where i was. but when a cop did finely show up still he refused to write any report of what happened. so i phoned the cops back in that couinty to tell them that the cop that showed up refused to do anything at all for me. then shortly later when i finely got back into my house, a cop came broke my lock to my frount door left my computer on that i was using when he come & the heater also he forst me to leave on when he locked my keys inside my house refusing to let me to know his name or badge # & he stoled what was in my pocket also. as cops do so many times when arested

not once in my life has even one cop ever told me there name or badge #. & not one court apointed lawer has ever told me any cops name or badge # either ever in my life.i have always been refused any public records of any kind whenever i have requested any public records also. also i am always refused all hospitel records of any kind also. always. when the cop came to my house & arrested me he parked his car blocks away from my house when he came & made me jay walk to get to it refusing to even let me go to the corner of the street to walk to the next block even. i was in the cell alown for 4 days befor i could even see the court apointed lawyer. that same lawyer keeps being apointed to me. who does himself so many illegal things as well as other lawyers that getr apointed to me. that lawyer is not even a public defender at all even. i keep being told for yhears that if i even go or phone the public defenders office i well be arrested if i do. no one makes any cop retunn what thaySTEEL

i have had lots of money stolen by cops house key po box key insurance papers. food stamps a cop even stoled my bank acount from my bank once too i am having to walk home in jail cloths also cause thay refuse to even let me have the cloths back when released from jail. dog catcher stoled some of my dogs when thay were chaned inside my locked house & sold them some in another state.others were sold in oregon. that he took. never am i alowed to phone or send any leter from jail. one dog starved to death inside my residence cause never am i ever alowed to contact anyone at all. once my dads airloom ring thay tore off my neck that i hads on a gold chain befor puting my in that tiney cell was thrown under my cekll door that i put in the pocket of the jail cloths but not alowed to take when that time thay let me have my cloths back. once befor puting me in the cell alown cops showed me some strange key and asked me to tell them whs it was. but i had no idea what that key was for at all

da office refuses to let me have any apt for over 20 years. noone else well da office let talk to them either for me . only 2 letters has da office acepted telling of crimes cops have done to me. da office refuses to even acept any letters at all & well return them to me.da ofice refuses to let me contact it in any way at all. comminishners also refuse to let me have any apt for years never in my life well city maniger or city councelmen allow me any apt. if i even phone city manager on his public phone number at his hoise cops well arrest me. when i phoned the city councelmen at there houses thay well do nothing at all except tell me to get a lawyer. & hang up on me. the mayer refuses to let me contact him at his work or house. at his house phone his wife said she would have him contaxct me & same thing with who answers for him at his work. of course he refuses to make contact. i havel ots of greavinces that are near a year old with lots of paople that no one well do anything about...

cops even tell me to my face there is a conspercy going on. cops tell me if i go to the media i well be arrested. the medis is in in the conspercy anyway. i am escorted out of tv radio & newspaper & told nothing well be put in media. even wnenever i am in jail i demand of court apointed lawyer that my arrest be in media. but the lawyer tells me he well see that it never getrs in media. other people names are in media but not mine. i jet arrested for what i do not even do and what is dismised and lose a whole year of my life & all me social securty for that yearmy dogs are sold in another state do not get me cloths back & people want to go to court for coops refusing to even give a comb & my hair had to be combed out for days by people even a hairdresser where had to almost be shaved off because of the knots it had. never do cops give me my pill that i have to take every day. cops always refuse to let me see any docter or preacher also. i am not alowed to use any lawyer in the county

i contact law schools as well as ALL THE LAWYERS IN THIS STATE that do work about police misconduce civel rights ect. i never be told i do not have good cases. i keep getting more cases and more cases constently. 3 years ago investigaters said $30,000 now $75,000 would not be enough to start the investigations. my bank acounts keep being given away my posisinns keep being stolen constently too. i have had 4 cars all were stolen sometimes cops even phone me to tell me who stoled my carr wnen the thief blew it up.but cops refuse to arrest anybody for any crime. when a thief stands right in frount of the cop admiting steling from me the cop well do abolustkly nothing but walk away. when i founf 5 new stoled bycyels behind my house s cop came here and told me to go sell them and walked away doing ablustly not one thing at all. even the fence in my frount yard was stolen nothing i can do cause thieft is not an emergency i am not even alowed to report theft of my fence of my properety

for years i am not alowed tn the postoffice. i have to walk miles north or miles south or try to find somebody to take me to another postoffice somewhere. the post office has committed so vary many crimes it is beyond rediculius. my po box i had years & years was closed illegally & postoffice even refused to even rturn any of the money i had payed months in advance months of mail was stolen from it as well as from my mail box at the residence i had at that time and my mail box was also stolen too. cops were the last ones that had that po box key that that took from me at jail. i never saw that key again. cops took it when thay took my ciggrett packholder . it was in my ciggrett pack holder. that took them togeather in that illegal jail when thay arrested me. no one ever returned anything that was in that ciggrett pavck holder or the ciggrett paCKHOLDER EITHER. BUT WHEN I RETURNED TO MY locked RESIDENCE months later....i found only my empty ciggtett pack holder (COPS REFUSED TO REPORT)

FOR ME.... ALL COPS RESPONCE> IS ALWAYS no responcewhen i rented a trailer for years and years the refigerater & stove were fernished with it . that would brake & stop working lots of tomes wich the landlards would fix. but the last time when both broke and 3 months i had no working refigerater or stove which i was still as always paying for as a furnished trailer with the refigerater and stove being the only things as furbnished for me in the trailer.and both not working. i stoped paying rent demanding thay be fixwd for me . but cops arrested me. i was incazresated for months and months. every time cops arrest me....I NEVER HAVE EVEN ONE LETTER IN MY MAIL BOX WHEN I RETURN I MIGHT ADD.i it does not matter if i am arrested ine day or a year ar any amoint of time. never is ther a latter in my mailbox when ever i return. as far as locks go let me tell you. i change locks consatently. i have given up on changing them.when a person is inside my house i have to brake a window to get in.

my hiden keys have been stolen. my pad locke has been stolen. my door locks have been changed, a door lock has been made so it would not be abel to lock, then without having a locksmith fix it it would work again. . cops have broke down my door when i was doing absolutyl nothing inside but sleeping. my car door window was distroyed by a cop wher that door was never abel to even be locked ever the whole time i owned that car.legal aid lawyer disposed of all the keys to all the doors to my house. after having all the locks she had all the locks changed. i can not even keep peper spray to try to protect my self. if i have it in my pocket a cop well steel it & not return itr if i hide it somewhere in my house it gets stolen. when i was in jail a cop stoled my phone numbers from inside my locked house even left her bussness card but phoning her many times for months she refused to ever return any message. buglers are alowed to walk out of jail with my valuabels WITH MY ID IN THERE POCKETS

DA OFFICE DOES NOT CAIR OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING. DA OFFICE EVEN HAS DEPUTYS THROW ME OUT OF COURTHOUSE FOR YEARS. never am i ever alowed any restraining order on anyone ever. my neiber was alowed to throw a cup of piss on me when i was sleeping on my pourch one time. i swear there is not anything that anyone is not alwoed to do to me, always.....with me not having anywhere in the world to go about what any crommonal or any crime that ANY CRIMMONAL DOES TO ME,. an acoitence that cane here from anouther county to fisit me my neibers did not like to have her park next to there house.the cops arrewsted her. she was jailed. she was parked on my property doing absoultly not one thing wrong. she just did not want to have to move the car away from by my neibers property. she was parked on my property but sinse cops can do anything thay feal like doing to me or even people that know me. people can not even pake on my property but cops well arrest them.

i have no tresspassing signs all over my property.thay are compleatly worthless for any protection from any crimmonal. even the signs get stolen lots of times. my neibers pakk on my property every day. and anyone else pakek on my property abanding there cars for as long an amount of time as thay so choose. any amount of time. sometimes the people well even pull down there pants and stick there butt at me screeming at me what do i want them to do about it that that have no intention of leaving. i can not do anything about what anyone does to me. no matter how discusting it is or how horabel the crime is that is committed. i person has to go to law enforsment but for me there IS NEVER ANY LAWINFORSMENT FOR ME IN MY LIFE ever. not today....not ever. the cops see to that. thay , ake efforts to see that no laws are ever inforsed for ME not in any way shape or form. every way that anyone has to turn to to protect themself has been tsaken away from me. i have crimmonals for relitives also

WHEN MY HOUSE WAS ARSENED NO ONE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL TO TRY TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY, no body. i asked fire dept for a fire report, receaved one. but it was stolen from my house. then wnen i asked for a copy of it i was given a different one, then when that report was also stolen from my house, when i asked for anothere copy i was told to leave the fire dept imeateatly or i would be arrested if i did not leave imeatly. i can not do anything at all in this illegal town, i swear to god. i have contacted every singel church in this town with zero assistance.even the preacher at the church i have been going to for over 30 years refuses to even walk out of the church to be a wittness for me for anything. even when i offer to pay $ he or anyone else i ask refuses to be a wittness for me. people that i have not even talket to ever & do not even know do horrabel things to me. thay know who i am i do not know them. everyone knows any illegal thing can be done to me & nothing about it done

when i was abel to pay a investigater $500 dollers hoping he would do something for me. he did nothing but take what evidence i had aT THAT TIME AND ALSO HE EVEN TOOK THE CONTRACT he gave me, then he refuses to give them back and tells me i can not contact him. i lost my evidence and my $500 all i seem to do is be denyed everything and everything dissapers. I agree with the other person that answered, it sounds like you have "credibility" issue. I can't say for sure because you don't mention specifics, but I would guess that you have hounded booth the state bar and legal aid over issues that while they may be important to you, just probably are not good cases legally. You also have to realize that legal aid has limited funds and attorneys and if you have consistantly pestered them in the past they are very unlikely to take you serious in the future. Unless you can gather compelling evidence that you do have a good case, I seriously doubt that you will find anyone to take a case pro bono for you.

Just using 30+ years experience as a basis for my response...but maybe if you were to be more specific in your allegations instead of such general statements, someone will listen to your complaints.

However, based upon what you've stated so far...you appear to have an issue with your "credibility" and "integrity" when making telephone calls to the agencies of which you've already contacted.

Instead of writing letters or making phone calls....GO to an attorneys office that specializes in the type of complaints you have and seek the attorney's advise. The attorney will let you know if you have a good or not so good case.

I'm sure if you have a GOOD case against any of the public services...the attorney will provide you legal representation through "contingency." However, I seriously doubt the attorney will represent you "pro bono."
