Throwing up in public....which, sadly, I've done twice (once in a job interview- well, not in the interview, but I was in the bathroom and they sent the secretary in to check up on me and needless to say, I was not well)

My biggest social fear could be letting my friends meet my parents. They can be embaressing.
The most common social fear is public speaking.
