i have tried everything to try to remove this thing but i cant. norton tells me i still have it in my system.i tryed scanning it in safe mode and nothing comes up.i tryed avg,norton,and some spyware programs but still cant remove it.anyone please help me

That could be bad swiping the hard drive is always an option yes a last resort because it sucks other than that I am not sure.

do a system restore to an earlier date
Start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore
read that until you get to an calendar and choose the closet date to today that's in bold

go to download.com and download spybot, i think thats what it is called if i remember right, i had something messed up on my computer and that took care of it
