No. He is married with 4 kids. He's best friends with all the guys in the band. They've known each other since secondary school.
ETA: I know being married with 4 kids isn't necessarily indicative of whether or not someone is gay, but Bono is DEFINITELY a ladies' man. He loves women; you can tell by the way he acts around them.

He's been married for years, I've lost count of how many kids he's got. As far as I know Larry Mullen has also been with the same woman for many years. The reason they appear together often just might be because they've been friends for what over 30 years and *SHOCK* they're in a band together!!! (gasp)
