There are so few arranged marriages in the US that I have no basis for comparison on a personal level. However, the US is often called a "melting pot" for a reason: it consists of people from all over the world. Here, we take the best of all cultures, keep what works, and throw out what does not. Therefore, since arranged marriages have dwindled to almost none, it is safe to assume that, as in all evolution, the least well-adapted system died out. Consequently, one can only conclude that love marriages are better.

Love is always a big part in marriage. If you don't love each other, you shouldn't be married. Loveless marriages end pretty quickly. I would have to say love marriage is better.
