Automated Voice Machines when you call any business and then it takes about forever if ever to get a person on the phone!!! I hate it...I just want to talk to someone not a DAMN machine!!!

for me at the moment it is being off work on workers comp,not being able to do the things you enjoy due to the injury sustained
