I dont feel like studying anytime, althow i want to study but i have other things on my mind going, (like should watch Tv or listen to songs go out cycling or surf on the Internet). Im 20years old and now have professional studies. When ever i sit for studying different thought start coming to my mind so i start planning my days ahead, i do literaly every thing except studying. IM kinda below average student (i can understand everything and if i study i can achiev high marks but dont understand what could be the problem). And most important of all when im studying i feel something weired in my head which i cant really explain.

And im must state this that im not Abnormal or Mad (what you might think after reading this, im a normal 20year old boy)

How you have understand my problem and can help me how can i devote more time towards my studies.

Most of the people whom I knew in college who exhibited your symptoms were smoking too much pot.

So -- stop smoking pot. Don't do drugs. Cut down on the alchohol.

Now -- quit whining and apply yourself. Get back to work.

Its happens when u don't study until exam comes closer..If u study every day u'll be use to it and then u'll have no burden during the exam..First of all make ur mind for study..Give every day 1 or 2 hrs stickily to ur studies in the beginning...Don't think about any thing else while studying if u do so change ur place and start studying again...just look to ur book or any thing u r studying...make it a habit...devoting 1 or 2 hrs from 24 hrs to ur study is not a big deal...

Best of luck..

Sounds normal, but if it continues you might go see a dr. There might be some underlying problems. Might be diet, or something that your body needs like protein, or if you are not sleeping well. Be honest about your days and write down things that you do as a routine. You might need to get more exercise, or better food. Not wanting to study is a pretty normal thing for most of us. Just make sure that its not something else.

At 20 years of age you do not appear to have a very good grasp of the English language. Are you really in higher education??? If you are -you need to get the finger out and get on with it. It sounds like you are a time - waster. If you don't want to study - get a job. You could always go back to studying later. I went back to college in my forties. I wasn't interested while I was at school. I now have a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours. It was hard work but worth it. There's no shame in not having qualifications but you do need to have goals in life. Good luck.

You sound like a normal college student to me. You just have to force yourself to sit down and do it even when you don't want to. If not you end up cramming last minute which does not always work. Think about your goals and why you need to pass the classes. It might even help to have someone who hold you accountable for studying in the time you have set aside.
