I think that Larry Birkhead may be the biological father, however I think its obvious that Anna Nicole wanted Howard to be the father, putting him on the birth certificate and planning to marry him (first in the committment ceremony and then legally). It is also now known that Anna Nicole intended to leave Daniel, her only son at the time the will was written in 2001, in the care of Howard K. Stern. Her most PRIZED possession to her at that time was her son, Danny, and she left him to Howard. So he can't be all that bad in my opinion. He cared for Danny and Danny liked him a lot.
I PRAY that it actually turns out to be either Howard K. Stern's child or in fact the donor child of J. Howard Marshall's frozen sperm. To me Larry Birkhead only wants to steal his 15 mins of fame and truly has no other interest than to acquire money from either Anna's estate or Dannielynn's inheritance from J. Howard Marshall.

Larry Birkhead. The baby looks like him and Anna, NOT Howard...Howard has very prominate ugly facial features, which would be obvious on the baby. Also, alot of people who were close to Anna say that they find it very hard to believe that Anna would ever actually sleep with Howard (he's such a gold digger anyway!). I hope for that baby's sake that it is Larry!

I really think that is what the big secret is, and why in the will she intentionally did not provide for another child.
She adored Howard no matter what I remember on her show where she slept with his URN and it went everywhere with her.
I wonder who gets that now.

Anna said on the birth certificate she was Howard's. I think that's all that matters. He's the only father the baby has known.
