I need to pick up a goalie for my fantasy team and the only decent ones left are budaj and holmquist, who should i pick up.

Okay
#1 Holmqvist qnd Denis are NOT being rotated (That's 3 months ago). Holmqvist is dominating the time (All but 1 game in February).. Where The record is 5-1-1 in his starts.
#2 Budaj is a liabilty right now and is partly why the Avs, while being high scoring, are not doing that great.
#3 As stated Holmqvist is doing great and the lightning, after a slow start are really picking up the pace lately.
This is a 100% no brainer Holmqvist, that people say its 50-50 or names in a hat didnt really look closely. Ride the hot hand.
Besides I doubt Budaj will get picked up so you can always switch to him if you think he can help, but it doesn't look like Colorado is gonna make trades where the Lightning just may.

J. Holmqvist!!!
While Denis played well for the Lightning yesterday evening, Holmqvist has been lights out recently. He is a big reason why Tampa Bay has stormed (pardon the pun) back and made themselves a factor in the east.
I do like Peter Budaj's potential, but, at this point, the young Slovakian is simply too streaky and the team in front of him, in my estimation, is not as imposing as the Lightning going forward.

They are about the same, so I'd go with Holmqvist. He plays for the better team. That said, he also has the best competition for his starting position. Either way, they're too close to bet anything on, that is for sure. It could go either way.

I'd go with Holmqvist. Their stats are very similar but I think Holmqvist's been improving steadily, while Budaj seems to me to be having his ups and downs.

if those are your choices, you should pick up a hooker. maybe she can relax the rest of your team enough to win most nights.

i would take budaj because holmqvist and marc dennis are being rotated,budaj has taken over the starting job for the avs
