Tough to say. Pangenderism, like transgenderism, might be a condition related to birth. Nobody knows what causes homosexuality, bisexuality, or transgenderism. Pangenderism, the belief that you are both male and female, or just the psychological identification with both genders, doesn't have a known cause either.

As for whether it's a "real" condition, I can't say. My guess would be that it is - there is a lot about human sexuality that we don't actually know, and a lot about psychology, hormonal influences in the womb, fetal development, infant development and psychology, that we haven't even begun to understand.
