Well I'm really preppy and girly, I don't want to roll up the bottom of my pants.I'm thinking about getting them tailored though. I can sew but I don't wanna mess them up. Its just like nothing fits right when its made for "normal" people.

Limited too.
Its mainly for younger girls, but at your height and size, you can probably find alot of cute clothes.
My friends 5'1 and she shops there all the time and gets a lot of good deals

i roll my pants up. I'm 5'1". It's discouraging to find that the pants i try on never are the right length. Sometimes I find stores that have 'short' on the label. Old Navy does that and so does Steve and Barry's. Those are the cheapest places. My sister has the opposite complaint, she has long legs and she never gets to go emo and roll the cuffs up at the bottom. So I guess it depends on your style. :)

I'm the same height/size as you so this should help you out. You might have to go for "short" sizes. I've starred the ones that [I know for sure] have jeans in short sizes.

when i was 5 feet i could still fit into abercrombie kids, but you could try htere.
although i dont know of any specific stores, bebe for one has a lot of things for short people. sevens jeans also tend to be for short people. it really depends what you are looking for. for tops a lot of stores are smaller so you should be able to find things a lot of places. try big department stores such as bloomingdales. =) good luck

im like 5" 1/2 so, i shop at places and maybe aeropostale or american eagle.....
my friend wears stuff from limited too and/or aeropostale..
