I felt the same way after I saw that movie Girl Interrupted. I was like, "I'm totally crazy just like that chick...only not as hot, and that sucks". but if everyone sued because movies and characters resembled them in real life, the film industry would never make any money. Of course, I'd settle for a roll in the sack with Brad Pitt to even the score.

Absolutely. If you watch the very end of the Superman Movies made after 2001, they now pay tribute to the at the very end. It says in very small letters, based on his life, he rocks and we're sorry we didn't credit him earlier.
This coupled with the 7.6 million dollars I get from every new release mean I am pretty much on easy steet for the rest of my life.
I'm working on Spiderman next.

You can as long as you can prove that you were livibg the life before the comic books came out... so you would need to be atleast 40 yrs old

no offense you got to be retarded to think that it is based on your life because it was a comic book a long time ago and you must be very bored to make a statement like that. go get a life or something more interesting to do in your life.

Read the credits, I'm sure they have the blah blah about how none of the names/plots are supposed to relate to any one life, and if that is the case, it is completely coincidental.

I've never seen that movie. ( probably trash ) But this is a dumb question. If you try to sue, you'll be laughed at forever.

I believe you can if you can prove that you are actually dead. Make sure you get a really good lawyer though.
