I'm attending a Black Tie Event in the end of April and I want a shortish dress to wear.
I'm only 16 years old so I want it to be youthful, but still sophisticated, because this is a really big event, Teen Vogues gonna be there, all that.
Can somebody help me find a dress or know stores I can look at?
The price range stops at around $500.

go to somewhere like Nordstroms or Cache. They are a little bit classier. One other place that is great is White House, Black Market. They have some gorgeous short dresses that will be perfect for a black tie event.

White House Black Market has some great dresses and they're pretty resonable price.
But if you have that much money to spend, then go to Macy or Nordstrom, they have plenty of choices. Laundry, Bcbg, tothemax have good dresses.

Hm... kohls.com....ebay.com....try a local consignment store...they are usually cheap with a bunch of nice things....u never know try goodwill
