depends on the bra. there's different shapes of cups. they're designed for different levels of support. basically different bras will have the nipple in different places. I can't do bras that have a seam on the nipple. For me bras are trial and error. Find a good one and stick with it! :)

it should be in the middle, but sometime it'll move around and you won't even notice it.

my advice is to go to a victoria's secret store get fitted and ask them. they're the experts.
