Stay on your toes, seriously! My brother gave me this tip when I used to play soccer, and I always used to find it easier and faster to move if my weight was only on the front of my feet. Also, beware of shots that they aim to the other side of the net (if you are on the same side they are then most likely they will aim for the other side).

Quick passing, always be aware of your teammates and the other team. Indoor might be a great place to show off your moves, but passing scores goals. Also, don't be afraid to take a shot. just put your head over the ball and hammer it home.

both are the same to me. as a goalkeeper you need to be agile. the next important thing is your anticipation and reaction. anticipate where the ball might go next and react quickly. you might have 1 minute or 1 sec to react in order to save the ball. other than that, you need to cover the angle and be brave. goalkeeper are the 1 player on the field who'll definitely get whacked by the ball often. therefore you need to be brave. but don't worry, it doesn't hurt much and don't forget to use any part of your body to make a save. it's the privilege of a keeper.

Don't be afraid to approach the ball. If you always wait for the striker to attack on his own terms he will always end up in the position he wants to kick from. If he puts the ball too far out in front of him, try and kick it or grab it, don't wait for the shot if you don't have to. You may get kicked more often however, be aware of that too.
