They seem to be very coy about their number. I have always used the email but I did once try to get a number by using the free phone connection but you have to send the information over the web first. If you do get one, I'd love to know what it is.

Save yourself a lot of headaches (not to mention system resources and just dump Norton.) It is crap. Go to Add/Remove programs and just uninstall it. Go get the free editon of AVG antivirus and you will be much happier.
