Does anyone know the law for keeping dog in a house.i want to set up a business do other people dogs can stay in my house but i don't know the limit or where to find the info.

i know there is a limit but don't know it

call the city they come check out the size of your yard,house etc. then they tell you haw many pets you can have,from there you go to the city and ask for a permit for dos sitting then they come inspect for cleaniness and all that then they give it to you and start advertising.

1 - 2 dogs (there is no law for your own house)
for a lease (rental) it will of course depend on your specific lease with the landlord/realestate agent

for 3 or more dogs, i do not know if the law changes.

(i bet you more than anything that there is no law) just going on the relationship the french have with dogs & even more to the point numerous dogs in there houses.

I think that the animals are not even required to be registered unless they are taken outside of the dwelling. (more so applies to very small dogs of couse because to keep a large dog in theh house constantly it's whole life would be extremely cruel.
