You need a CONTRACTORS LICENSE of the municipality or county you are going to sell in. This is a strictly enforced area you are going to work in and you will need a Lawyer to help you set up your Work Contracts which must be signed by both homeowners on a Joint home ownership. There is also a requirement that you pay Workman's Comp even if you are self employed which will cover you in case you are hurt falling off a ladder.
