It won't be identical, but it will match in the sense that a large number of the DNA markers used will match indicating that they are father and son.

As for blood makeup, the only thing one can do is eliminate someone as a father or son by seeing types that don't match at all. For instance if the purported Father is AB and the purported son is O than they are not father and son, the vice versa is true also.

A son will have a very similar Y chromosome to his father's, nearly identical in fact. However, the rest of the DNA, the 22 pairs of autosomal chromosomes, will have 50% dad genes and 50% mom genes.

Blood type is inheritable, so there's a chance that a son will match his father's blood type, but only if his mother's blood type is a match, too.

A son only gets half of his genetic makeup from his father- thus there's some chance they won't have the same blood type. As for DNA, they're not the same person so they don't match exactly but they're definitely over 99% the same just to be human, male, and closely related.
