No, I'm sure Bush didn't make a deal. It just got too embarrassing to admit that the US government couldn't get Osama, in spite of all the military, money, time, and threats.

no osama is dead hes with saddam and hittler they bombed him in a cave .the bomb took out all the oxogen hes buried in the cave
