Some women seem to use the CSA as a type of benefit fraud, they know the guys don't try for custody and so will get their maintenance money, sad but true.

I've been there, worked hard, the more money you get, the more money the CSA give away. Us guys need to provide a home too for our kids when they visit, children need fathers.

My kids eventually decided to come live with me. At that point their mum packed in work and has never paid a penny towards them.

Stick with it, it will feel like your being ripped off but do whats right for your daughter and it'll come good.

Sorry to rain on your parade guys! BUT you are not paying for her you are paying for your daughter!!!! I have to pay for a 3 bed house because I have my 2 kids with me, I also pay for their food, clothing, heating, water, toys and furniture. While my ex is living it large driving in fancy cars clothes etc. He pays me a whole £42 a week, you absent parents gotta get real. It will be a damn sight harder for her to live than you. I can't even afford to learn how to drive and I work! Oh and I would report her, they would only take so much off her to pay it back and they would take your daughter into consideration whe deciding that.

phone the fraud people and report her (anonymously). Insist on having your daughter on alternate weekends and a reduction of payment.
