I saw a docum. on this...its actually caused by small fires due to cigarettes and other things. Once the skin burns and the fatty oils in are skin ignite, its all over . the body becomes engulfed in flames. Its like cooking something greasy in a pan, if the flame gets into the greas it starts a fire.
