I wonder what you think about taking 1000 mg a day - any PERSONAL experience would be interesting to read. I've already read the world wide web but want to hear from individuals who have been taking fish oil.

I will have to tell you the only side effect that I have encountered is the fish taste and the fish burp after taking it. Well you wanted personal experience! I have been taking it for about two years and the pros out weigh the cons. My skin has never looked better and I don't need to use heavy creams anymore.

I take 2000 units day. The supplement has brought my triglycerides into line and has helped lower my cholosterol. An added benefit is that it really helps dry skin. Without the supplement, my skin was flaking away. The fish oil also helps troubled bowels, reduces constipation, and is greatly benefiial to people with irritable bowel syndrome.
