regular spaces are closer to the entrance than the handicapped spaces, so I prefer to park in them instead of the handicapped ones.

with a handicap pass (wrear mirror hang tag) you should take it off the mirror while driving. youre more likely to get a ticket for driving with it on the mirror than any other reason.

just dont put your tag up and it wont be a problem.

the real question is do you use the non handicap equipped stalls in a public bathroom.

I think what your referring to is the plaqard or HP plate. The answer to your question is yes, you can park anywhere you like, it doesn't matter if it's reserved for disabled people or not. It's only those spots that are reserved for disabled people that able bodied people who cannot partk in the spots marked with a wheelchair. So go ahead park in a regular spot if you want. No one should say anthing to you. If you can, don't use it when parking in a regular parking space, this way no one will say anything to, or have your card ticked or towed.

No, unless those spaces are reserved or have some other sort of restrictions, you can park there just the same as if you didn't have the pass.

I sincerely doubt you can be ticketed for failing to take advantage of your handicapped pass.
