You have to wait on your food forever (up to 15 minutes, this is supposed to be FAST food), if you dine in they will not let you place a separate order for breadsticks, someone is supposed to bring an unlimited number to your table free of charge but they hardly ever do this.

They did used to be better. Used to have breadstick-people coming to you all the time, was the best part of it. Now you've got to go ask...

The Fazoli's I went to was incredibly slow... but the service was friendly, and we did get tons of unlimited breadsticks. Problem was, they always burned the breadsticks at this location, so I never wanted them! I'm not too crazy about their food either... that's why I don't go there often. There isn't anything I really like there, besides their chocolate chip cookies. Now those cookies, they're the best I've ever had! I think they're even better than Mrs. Fields!

Sorry, but I have to disagree, the Fazoli's in Indianapolis, are pretty good, I love their "Fettuccine Alfredo" (I always ask for extra sauce) and their breadsticks are outta this world! If I make spagetti at home, I will go to Fazoli's and purchase their breadsticks!

I think the food is ok, it is fast food after all. however the bread stick person does not come around often enough. The bread sticks are small and don't have much to them, so its easy for one person to eat up to 4 in a sitting. And when i am eating pasta i need bread sticks. i dont' eat there unless i am in the mood for some fast pasta.

I can't stand the food there. It really is not too good. The pizza is worse than frozen. Crust like cardboard. How do you ruin spaghetti? They manage.

as with a lot of these type of restaurant chains, some are good, some are not... the service is inconsistent and the quality of the food is too...
