Pacific Islanders (Hawaii, Marianas, etc.) sometimes use the term, "Howlie" Meaning, literally "off-islander or outsider" but I've heard it used both as a term of reference and of defamation depending on the tone and the circumstance...guess that's true with a lot of those terms isn't it?

Why do you want to know?
Okay. I have no real answer, then. The above choices are all very well. AmeriKKan, Yank, whatever.

I've never heard any directed at me. And if someone called me "Yank", I wouldn't think it was one either.
Why would you want to be evil anyway?

None that are listed so far offend me. Plus if you could come up with one, I'd ignore it, because I would know that you were only jealous of us. Thanks
