What is a derogatory term for "Americans"? Is there one... I know YANK, but that's about it...

some of you guys are so weird... I AM american (and proud of it). someone asked me that question and I couldn't think of any... was just curious...

Pacific Islanders (Hawaii, Marianas, etc.) sometimes use the term, "Howlie" Meaning, literally "off-islander or outsider" but I've heard it used both as a term of reference and of defamation depending on the tone and the circumstance...guess that's true with a lot of those terms isn't it?
