Let's say it's just a regular Joe/Joel. Fraud must be proven in a court of law before any consequences are meted out;evidence must prove beyond a reasonable doubt the person did in fact commit fraud. (My husband married me and did not tell me he had a son-I can get an annulment but, its doubtful I can charge him and convict him of fraud.) And yes I'm not an idiot I know who you are talking about. Second, treason is an exceptually hard crime to prove-one would need access to all their records, phone calls, meetings etc. It would take years. Third, murder is a crime against another person that must be proven again with evidence of INTENT and also evidence of the crime, method, and motive, and that they were in the area to commit said crime. With murder there must be evidence of intent or it will be dropped to manslaughter even if it can be proven. OK, He is the president of the United States, whether you voted for him or not we must give him the benefit of the doubt. The weapons of mass destruction theory was based on undercover operatives-besides Sadam was a weapon of mass destruction himself. He was hanged for that in his own country. Sending troops to assist in righting wrongs against the people of those countries is not murder it is virtuous. In war the conditions are never the best. Ask a WWII survivor if he wished he never served. These guys still get together and talk about the old days.

I believe a person is innocent until proven guilty. Whether they are a President of the United States or a homeless person. So until these charges can be proven in other ways other than public opinion you should hold off on punishment.

I feel if he is found guilty by any tribrunal that he should get the same fate as anybody else would. The law should not show favourites to anybody and should be equal to everybody.
