Well first of all I love the middle name Alexander but to be honest I would not recommend spelling it that way. Having an x and a z right next to each creates an unnecessary pause in an already long name. If she wants a unique spelling, try using Aleksander, Alekszander or just Alexzander. Combining more than one change is just confusing and tacky. I don't recommend choosing a unique First AND Middle name. Choose one or the other. You need to maintain the balance of a name. It the middle name is long, which it is, choose a first name with less syllables and a simple spelling. This is going to be his name for the rest of his life don't get too carried away.

How funny...If I had a boy his middle name was going to be the same as it is my husbands middle name. The first name was going to be Zeberyah. You can also spell it Zeberiah. It sounds awesome together Zeberyah Alx-zander. He would have gone by Zeb for short which is also cute. Also we couldn't come up with any mean names that he would have been called as a child. Good luck :-)

Ceth :) (pronounced Seth, of course)
Of course, that's my son's name, and it's not unique sounding. LOL
I have heard of several. Some of my favorites were Jord'n and Ezykiel. And since she's picked a Russian name, she could go with Sven or Zven (prounounced Sven.)

Zven Alx-zander........Hmm.........I like it. :)

Well Here are some of the names in my family that are more unique- Milo, Toby, Ollie, Titus, Eden, Levi, and Regan (sounds like Ree-gan)

Also- please tell your daughter that while having a "cool" and oddly spelled name may be cool for HER to choose, but the Child will have to learn to spell it, and ALWAYS be correcting strangers on how to say it, spell it, and hopefully he will not be teased on the playground....

just a thought to keep in mind. She may love a odd name, but HE will have to live with it for the rest of his life. - But Congrats on the grandson!! :)

How about Xyzsleiaotph?

Unique in both spelling and sound!!!!

Give a kid a weird enough name and everyone will call him by his last name, starting with his first grade teachers.
