Yes room temp is OK. But it depends on the baby, some babies may like it a bit warmer or other a bit cooler. Any formula that is made and the baby hasn't drunk any of it, must be put in the fridge for the liitle later.
2 hours at room temp and then it's no good. OR 1 hour from when the baby starts to drink and then it's no good.
If the baby is under 6 months, everything must be sterile. And the water must be boiling for at least 2 minutes.

I usually warmed it up, unless we were out somewhere. I used powder formula, so I just took a bottle of room temp. water and the can of powder and mixed it when I needed. I didn't have to do it often, which was good cuz my daughter didn't care for it that way - guess she was used to it being warmer. I don't think it's necessary to heat it, but I don't think it should be cold either. I think most people probably heat it because they need to warm up premade bottles they keep in the fridge.

please dont use warm wayer from the tap as it is not been filtered and could cause tummy upset.
most babies prefer it at at least room temp as too chilly could give them cramps.
if you are going out and think you wont find somewhere to warm it up, take a flask with hot water in it with you and just have the formula measured out in the bottle without water so you can mix it when you need it. if you think it may be a bit too warm add a little cold water but try not to use bottled water too often as the minerals and nitrates in it upset little ones tums!
hope that helps

depends, in winter, I heat it up, if it's somewhat warm weather, room temp is OK. All depends on the baby, some babies don't care, some have a preference for warmer or colder. Let the baby decide.

It's best to serve it room temp or slightly warm. I would just run warm water from the faucet and mix the formula with it. That would be warm enough for him. Serving formula cold could cause belly aches.
