Sequential values such as (ie value: 134523, 134524, 134525...) for better referencing emails.

Why would you want to do that? Why not use some of the standard features? It is much quicker than creating stuff that only you can figure out.

If it can be done, here is where you would start...... Right-click on the bar that has your current columns, choose Customize Current view > Fields > Click New Field > Type: Formula and edit the formula.

I don't see an option for sequential numbering. Even if there is one, it would be consistant in your Inbox. So if you deleted an email it would just reasign the same number to email below it.

Outlook is not a database.
