Yeah it can happen a while later. Usually, someone doesn't like your answer and they go back and violate things you asked or answered. It's pretty screwed up.

Yes, I complained that I was getting nonsense violations to harass me. I told them they were helping the harasser by not paying attention to want was deleted. Then I asked that the person who made the false report be penalized.
