I am not trying to advertise anything, but I got my serving costumes for the MN Renaissance Festival at http://majesticvelvets.com. She is very reasonably priced, the costumes held up to my hectic schedule at fest (along with all kinds of stuff being spilled on them) and she makes them to your measurements. I ordered them on a Friday and got them the next Tuesday (so in less than 5 days).
Suizie Hemphill is the name of the woman that makes them, she also sells on ebay, which is where I ordered my costumes from, so I think you could check out either spot. Ebay is great if you are looking for premade costumes, but if you look you can find someone who will make the costume to your measurements. Good luck!
***Might I add: These costumes are very authentic looking-they do not look like the cheapy ones that you buy at a costume store. Please email me if you would like some more advice with this topic. I am always willing to help someone find or help make a perfect costume, especially from the renaissance era!

Make your own costume....
buy a cheap brown skirt- tear the edges to make it look old, pull out a few strands, cut some holes along the seams, make a high slit down the side of your leg, throw some black dye on it to give it the dirty look, shrink it in a hot bath and hot dryer..
buy a translucent long sleeve (preferrably ruffle) button down shirt- but a few patches on it, unravel some of the ruffles along the front, replace the buttons with big copper buttons, spill coffee all over it.. and there's an old shirt.
pair the outfit with some high boots w/ tattered laces and funky rustic jewelry and hoop earings. try tying a purple, green, blue, whatever color sash around the waist.
dont forget about the hair and make up.. don't make it too extreme in either direction; from burlesque dancer to conservative soccer mom... try natural colors but dark eye liner and lots of bronzer.
have fun!
