I'm not sure your question is phrased correctly. We don't exactly 'take' rocks 'from' the earth.

As you relate this to the environment are you referring to over mining? As in removing ore?
The impact on the environment would depend upon the rate of mining, the type (open cast or deep) and the processing methods used. What happens to the waste(does it produce byproducts or not)

There are a lot of factors involved. If you can re phrase your question more clearly we might be able to direct you to some research.

But the ground is the earth so it dosent matter where the rocks go as they are still on earth, the earth will still weigh the same and the holes that are made will be filled in by the earth. But if we sent all our rocks into space we would be a lot lighter and maybe we would deflate like a balloon going down real slow..... Save the rocks, that's what I say !!! I think environment has got an N in it!

I think you meant too many. Missing an o in to. If this is for research/homework, nothing's going to happen to the earth. There's plenty of it, especially in the ocean.

How is this a physics question? It's more earth science, ecology or geology. This is miscategorized.

Just wondering, where were you planning on taking them? As long as you're not taking them off planet, nothing will happen to the environment. Moving them around may cause pollution, depending on the method you employ to move them. Picking them up and tossing them won't make a difference. Driving them around in trucks will.

it would change the weight of the earth changing the the summer and winter solstice,, (the earth will be able to tilt back and forth more),, when that happens,, the sun would be even more focused on ice caps on one side and not the other,, changing waterstreams in the ocean

Not as much as a problem as if we cut too many trees down.
