Much, it grows more everyday. It's amazing how God can turn anything around for good. All of my shortcomings, mistakes and guilt He has transformed into compassion for others in me.

I have never had to try to show compassion. I was born with too much according to some people. I prefer to think I was born with just the right amount. It has come in handy for many people I have run into. A good question would be how do I measure compassion? But then that might be a little too deep.
I think that growing up on a farm and nursing the runts has fed into my pleasures of being caring and compassionate. I act on my feelings and get things done.

Tricky question that. If I say I have a lot I will come across as a horn-blowing-hear-me-well-saint. If I say I have little or none, I will sound like someone I would not want to be around. I can be kind, I can be obnoxious. How much compassion does either trait take? A lot to me may seem not at all to you. I am going to have to go think on this now. And I hate having to think at night. Show a little compassion, ask me easy questions at night!

I try to have as much compassion as is good for the situation. Some situations just do not deserve very much compassion, others deserve a great deal.

You can't really measure your compassion because it's how ever much you choose to have for other people and yourself. So you should always have lots of compassion for other people even if they aren't haven a very good time.

Sometimes too much, I feel for all the little kids who are abused, the animals too. I want everyone to get along, I could go on and on. I have way too much compassion for just one person.

I think that life's experiences have taught me to have a lot of compassion and empathy for others. They were hard lessons to learn, but immensely valuable.
I try to put the compassion into action, instead of keeping it merely on the emotional level.

I am more compassionate than I should be- and it doesn't really get me ANY where in my life except to let other's continue to walk all over me-but do I learn ? NO! I just lay down and say "go ahead" so I guess can you could say I have buckets of compassion!
