First switch to km/min

60 km/hr (1hr/60min) = 1km/min

divide 1 by this number to invert

1/(1km/min) = 1 min/km

If you go faster, this number will get smaller, for example:

120km/hr (1hr/60min) = 2 km/min

1/(2 km/min) = .5 min/km

This should also make intuitive sense - the faster you go, the fewer minutes it takes you to travel the same distance.

60 km per hour = 1 km per minute , so it takes you one minute to travel one kilometer.
If the car goes faster, you travel one km in less than a minute, so that this quantity gets smaller
