In the sims 2 open for business, how do you get customers in your salon to sit down and purchase a makeover?

They will always accept a free one, but when you offer them one at a normal price, they never come to sit on the stylist chair. :(

ok have you set the price? Next you have to assign or be the stylist (choice when click on chair) and you have to do sales pitch quite a few times with sims you see the green dollar thing above their head. It takes time sims are slow to make up there mind.
