My only true friends have always been God and my parents. Other people have always let me down.

Yes, my one true friend and I have been friends going on 40 years. My parents are dead and as much as I have prayed in my life, God hasn't done jack for me. I'll stick with my living friend in the flesh thank you.

Yes I have a few. Most us met in elementary thru high school, but I didn't think I had true friends until I was about 30.
I think true friendships take years and years to develop.
I also found it interesting that the friends I have I didn't pick by choice.
I just always stayed away from back stabbers.(thats what enemys are for)

I am like you. God is my one true friend that has never let me down. I am blessed with many friends in my life such as my parents, my children, my husband but I realize that people are human and they make mistakes. Just like I do. But I know that I can always count on GOD to come through for me.

My friends are God, my parents, my grandma, my cats and my two best friends. My two best friends and my grandma live quite a ways away. I don't want to make anyother friends because I have had the same experiances with people letting me down.

Most people let me down also but I have two friends that have always stood by me in good and bad times and never put me down.

Yes I have a friend who has been my one true friend since preschool. Eventhough he has moved away we still talk and visit each other on the weekends. We're both 20 now.
