No war without just cause and Al Qaida would be dismantled (we'd actually catch bin Laden). Poverty would be virtually negated, everyone would have health care, and if you fell from grace a safety net would be there to help you out, too. Science would rule and problems would be solved, and grant money would flow to the people actually solving them rather than as corporate hand-outs. The budget would be balanced and the economy would be prosperous.
Sadly, this state of affairs wouldn't last long because that much right happening in the world is sure to anger some degenerate group of right wing terrorists.

A lot like Germany in the 1920's since both are national socialist.
It's hard to see any difference between the platforms of the two parties:
Both support national socialized health care
both oppose individual gun ownership
Both attacked smokers and made laws banning the practice
both support national socialized education
both attacked "war profiteers" like Haliburton
both support social security
both support minimum wage
both are against capital gains
both demand higher taxes on large corporations
both are against large stores like Wal-Mart supporting 'small traders"
both are for taking of property for "common purpose"
both are for gvmt censorship of radio (Fairness Doctrine)
Nazi's believed in the false psudo science of Eugenics, Democrats believe in the false psudo science of global warming.
Socialism is a form of gvmt that protects the wealthy. Raise income tax to 100%, and the rich will always stay rich while everyone else is stuck where they are.
Society will become a two tier class system, with the rich tossing us crumbs like inadiquate health care to make us feel like they are doing something for the "little people"

Despite the republicans' exaggerations you see here, life would be similar except the middle class would be better off, better healthcare especially, probably the border crisis would be the same as it is now but the war would be taken a lot more seriously and carefully than the current administration treats it.

Liberals stand for freedom of belief; opportunity and accountability; keeping faith with veterans, the elderly and less fortunate; prudent use of America’s bounty; a safer, better future for our children.
Demand a fair shake from the big boys and give the breaks to the little guy.
Liberals do not believe that government is separate from society; government is part of society, a reflection of our highest ideals that promote the common good while protecting the individual.
Liberals defend democracy at home and abroad, hold our leaders accountable, and foster prosperity, opportunity and responsibility--the gatekeepers of our liberty and the moral obligation of us all.

We would all be provided health care since its a right not a privilage. We wouldn't have started a war for oil in Iraq. We would talk and negotiate with our enemies instead of bombing. Education would be a priority. Jobs wouldn't go overseas. Walmart would be non existant. And I could sit on my porch and smoke a joint w/o fear of being arrested. Liberals are for progress not with sticking with the same bs that hasn't gotten us anywhere.

1) The central federal government would be the owner and controller of all wealth in the country as well as the means to produce wealth.
2) All business would be conducted either through direct contract with the central government or the central government would have to sign off on contracts.
3) This would become a land of whim and majority rule (rule by opinion poll)
4) The burden of support for the government and the majority of society would fall on the few producers left to operate, though hamstrung by a plethora of government regulation.
5) Few if any people in America would actually own any personal property.
Pretty much how our country is beginning to look today and will look more like this as we become more and more socializd as time moves forward.
