marine paint. call west marine or any other local boat shop, they'll be able to help you.

It depends on what the boat is made out of. You do need marine paint, but wood?fiberglass? aluminum?
Most also take a last minute cleaning to make the paint stick better.

You will need a special marine paint. Contact your local marina or local hardware store and they can point you in the right direction.
