Hi, well congratulations on your decision to buy a Houseboat.
We live on our houseboat, and while surfing the internet, I remember seeing a good boat up in St Paul, MN, and it's @ 19k.

E bay and Craigs list for your area..also check classifies
in your local papers. .you can do that online also..
