Bit of both. Back when she married what's-his-butt, I thought she was crazy. Her last couple of albums didn't sell as well as the industry thought they would. Her looks "peaked" at the age of 22. Her marriage, baby-dropping, trailer-trash husband, and other "lifestyle" choices have all combined to make her look very, very bad in the media. In light of her pre-divorce image, I would guess that the partying with Paris and Lindsay, the multiple instances of coochie flashing, the hooker-wear, and the continual public drunkeness are all bids for attention. The bald head is just kind of pathetic at this point.

Both. She is going crazy and she wants people to pay attention to her at the same time. We will see what she does next as soon as she gets out of rehab. I feel bad for her children. Crazy mom and loser dad. She kind of ruined her life after getting together with Kfed.

I dont know why she would go to a rehab clinic when she could sure use a stint in a mental hospital. She clearly has psychological problems, not that she can be entirely to blame for, she was raised in a very different environment from most people. If anything you could blame her mother for exposing her to mass media at such a young age. Imagine being scrutinized about every detail of your life for 15 years. Its got to be very hard I would imagine. God help her children.

She is Truly messed up right now. Shaving your head is a cry for help, but its for sure a sign of something bigger going on.
A good example of someone who NEEDS attention: Paris Hilton.

Here is what I saw on CNN, and it made total sense to me. Brittany's adolescence was taken away with her career, right? So this is her time to live out her adolescence (but this is not how I would spend it).

I think that the pressure of constantly being in front of a camera has gotten to her, she lacks the privacy that many of us take for granted, many of who people call "stars" handle this pressure differently, which is why so many star marriages don't work out and who so many of these stars end up turning to drugs or alcohol

She is burned out and will be the next Anna Nicole. I think she is jealous of all the attention Anna Nicole's death has warranted and wants to get back in the limelight. Does she even have a career anymore?

Whatever the question is (can no long bring myself to read them) the answer is I don't know, And I don't want to know. There just has be something else out there I can think about rather than the behaviour of one more screwed up celeb.
