I like to read Shape magazine because it gives you a lot of tips for living a health life, such as choosing the right diet and exercise routines. It also has weight loss diaries where the readers can track the progress of someone losing weight throughout the year. It's well rounded because if gives you fashion and beauty tips as well as health advice. I believe every woman should have a Shape subscription.

It depends on what your looking for. Some are more geared to fashion than others. If fashion is your thing, pick one of them. When I was in my 20s & 30s I really liked Cosmoplitan because it has a variety of things geared to womens interest.
