When she's old enough and mature enough to take on the responsibility.

When she is married, financially secure and happy with herself. So many girls have babies out of wedlock, or while in an unhappy, unfullfilling marriage, or when they are really unhappy themselves (feeling like nobody loves them), etc. and think that having a baby will make things better. It doesn't. No matter what beautiful children come along, YOU are always the same person and only you can make yourself happy. Having a child should be the ultimate promise and bond between a married couple, when they decide they want to raise a family and start that journey. If you're within a reasonable age (and I mean AFTER college or when you're financially independent, emotionally stable/healthy) and you decide you want a child and don't have a husband, there are millions of children with no one to care for them and adoption is always an option.

#1 They can start having babies after they have had their first period. During biblical times girls got married and started having a family when they were teenagers.
#2 Biblicly speaking: After they are married
#3 After They are old enough by law to consent to that type of relationship
#4 A combination of everything I just said

In my opinion the right time for a woman to have a baby {not a girl but a woman} isnt when she is married, being married doesnt make it right to have a child. When she is out of HS, has an education, a sucessful career and can afford to have one. I had my first at age 22 right out of college with my Masters Degree and my second at age 34. It was the right time for me, each persons "right time" will be different

Some might say when you are mature, but when is that really. I would say when you old enough, responsible, have steady job, married or have a supportive boyfriend who will be there with you throughout. Its easy to make babies but to care for them is whole new ball game. Think about it.

If she thinks "start making babies" is the right term, she's too young. If her man thinks "start making babies" is the right term, he's too young and she either needs to wait or dump him.

Outside of that, it's when the parents are willing to devote their lives to the kids. Completely devote, if necessary.

It really depends on the person when asking this question. Some woman would say when they are sixteen, or eight years after their first ".", but in my opinion; at least a year after they are married. This way they know their partner is fully committed and their bodies are committed.

When she is married and has an education. She and her husband need to have a good relationship and plans for a child. The child will need 2 loving parents, a roof over his head, medical care and savings for his education. It's not about you; it's about what's best for the child.

23-38 for mental and physical readiness. Oh and when they have money and preferably a partner who can help with the financial and parenting and just support her.
