I would like to know if this place call www.commercialcast.org a scam?? because i got an email from them saying my son was pick for print ad and i have to pay a $75 fee and when he do the print ad he would get $50 plus residuals of $25 each additional time his ad is requested for publication. and been waiting on the check and the $1000 bonus check and i heard all kind of crap about his print would come out later thing week and blah blah. Help please

BOOKING LETTER

Upon review of your photos, you have been selected to appear in one of a series of magazine and commercial appearances for product lines. Your first position will entail a promotional ad for Orange Juice. The Production date will be scheduled on January 27, 2007, to be produced in Manhatten, NY. Travel and hotel will be provided if necessary. The pay rate is $50 per hour + residuals for each additional request of publication. You will also receive a $1,000 contract bonus. Full details are enclosed and must be confirmed by January 24, 2006.

Any place that asks you to pay money up front for something that you did not order like from a website is almost definitely a scam. Sorry! Try checking with the Better Business Bureau.

OKAY I DO PROMOTIONAL MODELING AND PRINT AD AND COMMERCIAL.........
Please take what im about to say to heart.
1.> If a "agency" asks for "ANY" money upfront or in the future from you ....RUN AWAY from them as fast as possible.
No reputable agency will EVER ask you for money.
The agency gets paid when you get paid or upfront and then they cut you a check.
Good luck and please pass this info on, I hear of people getting scammed all the time and its soo sad that these companys are allowed to still do this to people time and time again.

Scam, most likely. Probably someone from Nigeria. Some people are desperate there. Don't pay any money to them especially if it's an email.

It is a scam. Any place you pay for something like that is very likely a scam actually.

It is a scam!! do not reply to the emails and DO NOT give any money to them!!!
