If she's actually got visible blood in her urine, she should go to the doctor today... that is not a sign of normal pregnancy, or a normal after-effect of emergency contraception. Cramps and abdominal pain are not out of the question as side effects of the pill, but they should be gone by this point.

It sounds like she may have a kidney or bladder infection: either way, take her to the doctor. These things can be serious if left untreated.

I don't think it's safe to take the morning after pill with a regular birth control pill. Sounds like she either has a urinary tract infection or she may have a kidney stone stuck. I have kidney stones and that can cause you to pee blood big time and if not treated you can go toxic, she really requires a doctor's expertise...

Yes, taking the pill and the day after pill do not mix! There was absolutely no need for her to do that, unless she was taking her regular pill completely incorrectly. Peeing blood is not normal and does not indicate pregnancy. She probably has an infection and should see a doctor immediately.

She needs to go to a doctor to see what is causing this problem. Also I don't think she should be mixing birth control pills and the morning after pill, she should have waited to see if her period arrived on Tuesday or not and then looke at her options. Please take her to a doctor.
