click on start.
Right click on my computer.
click on properties.
It will tell you what you need to know on the bottom half of the menu.

Goto to Control Panel, and hit the icon that says System. There you will find the Information about the type of CPU you have. Pentium 3 or 4 or even if its an AMD.

Right click on My Computer | Properties. A screen should pop up stating what kind of computer you have.

go to start then go to my computer click on veiw system information a window will pop up that says system properties
