LOL When my now 13 year old was in second grade he liked to fake sick to stay home! The next time he tried it I made him watch West Side Story and Sound of Music and told him he would have to every time he stayed home from school! Worked like a charm!

Why dont you start with "I Feel Pretty!"

I think the U.S. Constitution doesn't allow for cruel and unusual punishment. Do you know what you're suggesting?!? This goes beyond decent human rights.

I had to listen to my parents sing show tunes in the car, and I still have to go to therapy. Please, in the name of all that's holy, I beg of you to reconsider.

Surely you can consider something with less harmful, long reaching, effects. Water torture? The Rack? Drawing and quartering?

Also, don't forget when you're old and they're taking care of you...payback can be ghastly.

Good luck!

not if you are wearing that 'Icon' outfit!!

I'd watch .. i mean listen..with popcorn!! ZOoWeY!

won't work..
try this..
make then stand out on the lawn..and the 'crack' of dawn holding 2, 1lb. rocks out straight till their arms burn... say 20 min.. it will build character without inflicting any scars..+ they'll get an early work out. but the end result will be they won't want to do THAT again and will clean their rooms... you can just show them the rock when it starts getting messy.

ug..children..( little germ sponges)..
i get sick whenever the walk by caughing.. lame

OMG. Way tooo much effort on your part. Just sing this song over and over again:

"Ghetto Superstar...this is what we are..come away with me...to another place..and we rely on each other..uhhhh" Make sure to mess up the lyrics.

It pisses my husband off soo much when I sing that.

NO. I tried it. They had blood running out of their ears and now all they do is sit, stair into direct sunlight and drool. My wife warned me I couldn't hit those high notes. I should have listened.

Just stick with beatings. It's much more humane.

I don't know - you any good...? I think you should make them sing..in the public park... with all their gear laying on the ground around them... and an open guitar case... oh wait a minute!

That's how I spend my summer vacation.. heh heh...

If I was a child, I would probably be highly amused. But then again I'm in the P&S section. Go figure.
