they are somewat cheaper but i would go for netzero or juno cozz they are more reliable

No. I tried it for a while. They offered a special rate for AARP members, but then I found out that everything cost extra. Also, you had to pay for any tech calls. Quite a few of my favorite sites took a long time to load. I switched to Broadband.
